I had logged a complaint in ResQ on 4th May 2018. My complaint Reference No. : [protected]. I am followed up with ResQ support about this for more than 10 times by phone call and by email but every time their support executive told your issue will be resolved in one or by today but the issue still not resolved. They have pathetic service I ever was seen. They even don't bother to message or call the client about the status of the request. They are charging the premium on their product and selling their ResQ service, People buy their service considering a big brand name but they are not following their commitments. This AC is not giving any cooling . This is in no way in working you are requested to take urgent step to fix up the problem . If it could not be rectified then replace it .
