Sir, Kindly help me with proper mail i'd to address the issue.. I purchased extra warranty from reliance digital store however on 2nd august 2018, i submitted my micromax phone to reliance digital with service request no. [protected]. After several follow up reliance person mr moin from nerul navi mumbai inform me as this phone is not repair so we pay you 50% of phone chargeso. As no other solution i accept the offer however they issue cheque no is - 2355, same check rejected as no amount to clear.. I am shocked however nerul ppl not.
