[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Non installation of Samsung curved tv even after 10 days. | |||||
Samsung curved tv 40 inch was purchased from your store at phoenix mall, viman nagar pune vide sales order number [protected] dated[protected]. While delivering the good wall mounting unit was not supplied. The person came for installation also did not bring it. So he returned without mounting it. Then some body from samsung came based on reliance digital complaint. How ever he did not attend it saying installation of the product is the responsibility of reliance digital. Wall mounting unit was collected on 26.06.2017 evening, with the assurance that the tv will be installed before 12 noon 27.06.2017. How ever no body has contacted me till 12.30 pm. Please arrange to install the tv today itself or take back the tv after return of money. I reserve my right to approach consumer forum even after the resolution of the issue.
