The mobile phone sl. No.- [protected], make - sony gsm h/s - e2363- m4, aqua-black, date of purporchase - 09.11.2015 was submitted to reliance resq, rrl svc mansarovar garden, d-3 block no. Sc-ii, mansarovar garden, new delhi, new delhi-110015 on date - 23.04.2017. Till date my mobile phone could not be received after rectification, on enquiry also no convincing reply also was received from the shop manager.
