[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Not delivering the offer product-Get laptops carrycase @Re. 1 | |
I purchased a HP laptop on 10 July for which there is an offer of a laptop bag at Rs1. I received the coupon code from your team on 14 July and placed the order using that coupon code. Order has been cancelled by your team without intimation on 16 July and returned the amount of Rs 1 to my account. Sent mails to Customer care, CShead and as expected there is no response from them. Contacted customer care and got response that they will not provide the bag as the order got cancelled due to technical issue and provided coupon code is valid only once. He told that they will not provide new coupon code neither carry case that was promised while purchasing the laptop as offer. Contacted the showroom that sent the invoice for the laptop carry case and cancelled the invoice after 5 minutes and refund the amount of Rs 1. I was told that they got instructions to cancel the orders for all the customers as they cannot give the bag @1. If you are unable to give the laptop bag @1, why it is displayed on the product page while ordering the product. Why you have sent the coupon code. Unfortunately this offer is still displayed on the product page of website and app. Could you please deliver the laptop carry case which was promised as an offer while purchasing the laptop or provide a new coupon code to order again which will not be cancelled by your team or by Technical issue. It's totally your technical fault...why should the customer would suffer for that...and also why advertise?when you can't provide?kind of scam to me... very disappointed...will tell my family and friend circle about this nuiscence and not to buy anything from this website...so that they won't have to face any problem
