I had raised an issue regarding product unavailability for store pick up on November 1st 2020 since then till today all I have been hearing is that the issue has been escalated to the store team. The refund has neither been initiated nor any action has been taken. The issue was escalated to second level (to the so called CEO) but as usual no action has been taken. An organisation like reliance tampering with such meagre valued transaction highlights nothing but the dignity of Reliance as an organisation. Was this information helpful? | |||
