I’m writing this email to the team after experencing a pathetic Customer Service experience from the reliance customer service team.
I’ve been so patient over the last 20 days, however I can’t bear it any longer with the kind of suppport that ive received over the call and Email from Reliance Digital support.
I’ve placed an order online of IPHONE13 worth 71, 9100 RS from Reliance digital online store and received a defect product, I’ve raised an issue by calling reliance Customer care support with in the 10 minutes of receiving the product. Shilpa Diagude from the concerned department had called and post verification the return was accpeted and refund was acknowledged and confirmed the refund will be provided with in 2 to 7 Business days.
Product has been picked up from me on 22nd of April ( Immediate next day) and returned the warehouse on 27th.
I’ve called back and enquired over an email about the status of refund starting 28th onwards.. Shlipa had never responded to any of emails and customer care suppport had provided various answers as below:
1) One says refund is initated and it will be credit as per lead time
2) Other says we don’t have any information on the refund as nothing was updated.
3) Other says there is a Techincal gitch and we can’t answer and concerned team will get back
I’m not sure who is the concerned team here, so far i haven’t received a single call from the respective department or support team.
I’ve been calling daily and not hearing any proper response, even today when i called i had asked to transfer the call to supervisor, support person says she can’t and I’ll recieve a call from supervisor with in 1 hour..
It's been 20 days now and nobody had ever called me with proper resultion, everday when i call them, they are saying the Supervisor will call back in 1 hour.
Customer supprt after 7 days, said we raised a compaint to concerned team and they will get back to me in 72 hours, it’s been more than 20 days now and I haven’t received a SINGLE Call or EMAIL.
I didn’t wanted to escalate and was been patiently listening all the words the team was informing me over these days.. I had called more than 50 times, atleast ONE proper resposne would have helped…
I had myslef called the Dhelivery manager (Vendor who picked) the product and provide the status to your customer support and also shlipa.. even than I haven’t had any response.
Please tell me what to do.. this is how you want the customer to experience the pain when the product is placed/purchased from Relicance..??
Kindly help.. please find the complete mail reference i had sent to shlipa and none was resposned..
I had even written the emails to "cshead.[protected]@ril.com", "BM.[protected]@ril.com", "[protected]@ril.com" "shilpa.[protected]@ril.com" with all the phases and pain i underwent over the last 20 days.
Ramamdeep Kaur and Ajit Kewat from cshead team had responsed that they had esclated the issue but not responese after that. Everytime when i write a email, they simiply copy paste the old email chain and forwarding it to me.
It occurred on: 18/04/2022
I would need my refund of 71, 900 by 13th of May or ASAP, as my Credit card due is on 13th, else i need to again borrow the money and repay it.
