[Resolved] Reliance Digital — our digital happiness basket-15/08/2017 | |||
I impressed with the slogan on your bill (attached in this email wide our purchase), 'Your happiness is our priority, if not happy, we will make it right.' I am sorry, but I am not at all happy with the service and product I purchased from the store mentioned in the attached bill. I was in a rush to grab the 15 August offer & so I loged in your store at 8.0 PM. When I finalised product, no desired colour was available. So I chose another product. But, again no fresh packed product was available & assured that only one piece is left which is in the display/demo which is in a good condition and perfect. I believed as it was 9.50 PM ( I was with my family along, kids age of 1 year and 5 year) and as my kids were hungry and frustrated. Then they said it's demo piece and need to be a software format. I again agreed and wait till 10.20. In that period even I don't got to see perfectly if I am buying a phone is in a good physical condition. I believed on brand ' RELIANCE DIGITAL' and I purchased it at 10.24 PM. There was no pleasure and enjoy to experience purchased products at this late time (after 10.30 PM) as next day is the office and bed time. Next day I got some time to experience my hands on this brand new (?????) phone and observed some physical damage (count is 4) and there was/is disappointment begins. On same day I visited your store and informed to store executive. He acknowledged the damages and assured to be arranged a fresh piece of phone along with agreed accessories of tampered glass and phone cover. I came back in a sorrow and wait till writing this email for phone from store as they agreed. Now, still I to believe on Reliance Digital? Or Its my mistake that I was greedy to rush your store to grab the offers (10% credit card cash back + 5% additional discount coupon from store). Even if I get the fresh piece and agreed accessories, what about ditching of trust and frustration with my family?? There will be no wonder if you not read and even if not acknowledge to this email and even if you will not take any action. With huge frustration and sorrow. Was this information helpful? | |||
