We had purchased a voltas 5 star inverter AC in 2023 and along with 5 year extended warranty from Resq. We shifted our residence from Delhi to Himchal in September 2023 and requested on ResQ to send a technician for uninstallation.
He never visited and we had to do it locally. When we had to raise the request in Mar, 2024 for reinstallation in Himachal, we saw that Sep, 2023 request is still pending in the system and we are not able to change the address.
Multiple followups had to be done to get that old request deleted from the system.
Post that installation request was raised on the new address. Once installed, we noticed faults in the AC and raised a repair request.
The engineer first sent photos then came back again after 4-5 days for the measurements. The parts were ordered and we followed up but got to know after 10 days that parcel has been misplaced and has been reordered. The reordered parcel took another 10 days and when it reached, the engineer told that the part is wrong. Now again the part has been ordered and we have been asked to wait again for 10-15 days. This is the peak of summer and me and my old age parents are suffering a lot.
We are not able to use this AC for the entire summer now.
We are stucked after taking extended warranty from reliance as it has such low standards of service quality.
I have also taken an extended warranty of refrigerator recently and we don't have any trust left in Reliance RESq now.
I need a full refund for my grievances which includes AC purchase, extended warranty and refrigerator extended warranty cost.
