Reliance Digital — pathetic service experience | |||
To whomsoever it concerns (If it really does), this is to bring your attention to the fact, that reliance digital has crossed all the limits of pathetic customer service. Right from the word go, i have been facing issues with their services. To speak in details, i went to reliance digital store, sector 13 dwarka, and bought a sony ht rt3 music system on 6th november 2018. I was told, that as they do not store any products in the store, it will be delivered to my residence in dwarka sector 13 from the warehouse. I specifically mentioned, that the delivery should be done on 10th, as i will be away from delhi until then. But the boy at the store, forgot and mentioned 7th as the delivery date. I noticed it, and asked him to rectify the same, which he confirmed, will be rectified. But he apparently didn't rectify it, and i got multiple calls on 7th for the delivery. I insisted that it needs to be done on 10th, but no help received from anybody from reliance. Finally i myself collected the product on 10th. During 7th to 9th nov, i got multiple calls from reliance technician, asking about installation, to which i mentioned, that i will collect the product on 10th, and installation can be done on 11th. Eventually, i was given a time slot as 10am to 12 pm on 11th by the technician. I am still waiting for someone to come and install the music system for me. The technician whose number was [protected], did not answer any of my calls since morning. To my surprise, i got a sms at around 17:00 hrs on 11th (Today), mentioning, my service request number [protected], has been completed, whereas, nobody physically came to install the same. I called up the customer service number, and spoke to one of the agents, who mentioned that the amar will be done before 20:00 har today. My question is, do i really wait for one installation, the whole day? Was it not the responsibility, of the store, to ensure that things are in place after teh delivery fiasco? Was it not the responsibility of teh technician to first finish to job, and then report as done. I have lost all the trust in the brand and particularly the above mentioned store and its people. This apparently was my last buy from reliance digital, and i will not leave a single stone unturned, to make sure that i spread this to many of your buyers. Was this information helpful? | |||
