Reliance Digital — Philips 58'' inch LED $K TV. I ordered the product when it was in sale. Now they say it cannot be delivered.

This is Giridhar Reddy Bojja (Order No.: RDF[protected]. I have purchased a Philips 146 cm (58 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV, 7600 Series 58PUT7605 television on May 21st, 2021 9:00 A.M. the reliance digital team confirmed my order on May 21st, 2021 9:30 A.M. The reason for this email is, I received an email saying my order was canceled due to lack of stock and mentioned the refund would be processed within 7-10 business days. I am 'not ok' with the refund as I need my ordered product as soon as possible.

After the order is placed and it been confirmed, I have called the reliance support team with the customer care number[protected] almost 4 times from yesterday to today evening to know the status of my order, and they promised me that the order is confirmed and will be delivered on-time. This is the response I received from the support team when I called them. To make it precise, I am listing the time when I placed a call with customer care: Call 1) 21st May 3:10 PM, Call 2) 21st May 4:47 PM, Call 3) 22nd May 4:08 PM, Call 4) 22nd May 4:55 PM. Please get the call recordings and listen to the conversation which I had with customer care. I clearly asked them whether my product is safe and will it get delivered on time? The response I received was, "it is confirmed and will be delivered as promised." I also received an email from reliance digital saying my order was partially shipped on 21 May at 7:15 PM. Finally, I want to say that my order was confirmed, then it was partially shipped, which I have confirmed with customer care almost 4 times. Now I receive an email saying my order is canceled due to lack of stock. What kind of service is this? How come a confirmed item is out of stock?. I checked the product online now, and it shows in stock for a different price. How come an item is out of stock and can be in stock online and in the store? So now the price is increased, so you don't want to deliver the product who ordered when it was on offer? Is this the service reliance digital is providing to the customer? This is the terrible experience I had with the reliance digital.

I want my product which I ordered, and I do not wish any refund. With the confirmation of product email, partial shipment email, and verbal communication with the reliance customer service, I was told my order was confirmed and delivered on time. Due to this confirmation, I donated my old television to the poor people near my house; I do not have a television in my home now. Suppose you guys don't have a product in stock. In that case, you might have informed us right away. How come you send a confirmation email, shipping email, and verbal statement by your staff saying it will be delivered on time. Now you say we cancel your order. Due to your email and customer care misleading me, I sold my old television, and I don't have a television in my home now. I want a television now. I want my order to be delivered, and I do not wish for any refund.

Suppose I am not getting my order delivered on time. In that case, I have to reach out to the higher authority and file a complaint with the consumer court on the same. I have every proof to prove my case is right, and you guys made a mistake. I am a criminal lawyer, and I know how to handle this case. I suggest you should deliver my product on time as I ordered and as your promised. Again, I want my product which I ordered, and I do not want a refund. Today again at 10:00 AM, I placed call to customer service again, they promised my order will be delivered by end of the day. What's happening? Are you guys trying to fraud customers by emailing them saying your order is cancelled due to lack of stock. I called reliance digital stores and enquired about the product, they said it's available and ready in the store. You guys are playing with customers. I want my product at any cost. If its available in the store, I can pick it up if you guys want to. Do not say it is out of stock, I have checked both online and with the offline stores, the item is the stock for 47500. I need my product
