Dear sir/madam, I m purchase philips home theater 5.1 on 10/07/2017 and deliverd on 11/07/2017 at around 18.00 o clock. On that time i call your office, customer service no. And executive (M-[protected]) till now i m not getting any exect information when installation is complete also today call to mr. Ravi (M-[protected]) his answer is my area is adajan not bhatar but i m inform u who is going to install but his phone yet not received. Kindly look into the matter and resolved soon. Thanks Manish kr bhartiya M-[protected] Note:- when i procure this one first asked that tommorow i enjoying music system he was accept our system next day deliver and than installation this all process complet within 2 days maximum and you will enjoy the same.
