[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Poor customer support after sales, promoting cheap brand | |
I purchased a soundlogic pro earbuds from reliance digital store oberon mall, kerala and within two weeks left side is not working. Today while taken to store they are telling wait for three weeks for a replacement and totally this is unfair. sales promoter has told this is good brand and go for it, I requested for an immediate replacement or other brand product but they insisted for the same and talked very harshly by saying you go and complaint. This is very unprofessional thing. If the product used for at least 2 months it is bearable and this product is really very bad and lots of negative review for the same. Why reliance is selling this kind of cheap products? As a customer I am fed up from their response. I need to buy other brand so refund or credit note is required. after making the complaint got a call from store and they are blaming and questioning me for writing mails to cc head and bm bade. this also informed to bm bade but no response only created a complaint mail. I need a resolution urgent because I am moving to other city by next week. Money paid from my pocket and sold cheap products for their margin now spending time to mails and complaints. after seeing all this lost all trust in Relaince the brand Was this information helpful? | |
