Dear Sir,
During the sell I order Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, on 24.09.2022 Order No. RDF39790612 and the Tracking ID is AWB: [protected] wich would be delivered on 30.09.2022, Parcel reached at Hub on 28.09.2022. From that day the parcel is Scanned at hub daily but not forwarding Delivery Center for delivery. Further I raised Complaint at Reliance Digital Helpline number, they said it will take 24-72 hrs to resolve complaint, but I didnt got any resolution yet. I also request to talk with senior executive they give the half hour time to call back but I didn't receive any call from any person. I Visited two times at Delivery Center they are saying that the parcel is at Hub and they cant do anything. I also visited the hub twice and requested to forward parcel at DC so that it could be delivered but they are also not giving any reason.
In this regard, I am requesting you to please resolve the issue so that I could get my parcel.
