This Complaint Is In Regards To PlayStation 5 Which I Have Purchased It On 17th May For 49990 Against Order Number RDF11597423 And The Product Is Not Even Dispatched Yet . I Have Made Calls To Customer Care On Different Occasions For Which I Get A Standard Reply, ' The Product Is Confirmed But We Are Not Sure When The Order Gets Delivered . It's Almost A Month Now And I've Dropped In Couple Emails Too To Which I Only Got One Email Stating I Will Be Informed Once It's Shipped But Now It's 10th June And Zero Updates From Reliance . This Is Really Saddening .I Wish Someone Looks Into This And Take Corrective Action. I'm Really Disappointed With Reliance's Ignorance. Was this information helpful? | |||
