Reliance Digital — Purchased Air Conditioner On 27th April 2021, till date 18th June 2021 didn't get AC or refund.

My family have planned to buy an AC because of my relative visit within 2 days. So I have searched for an AC which will be delivered with a day and installation in a day.

Considering the situation ordered an AC in Reliance Digital on 27th April 2021 and felt happy about the order. Please find the order details attached.

AC arrived on 28th and installation team arrived on 29th. But AC is not working. We are getting error code E1. Installation team left without fixing this issue. They mention another technician will be arriving to fix this issue.

Next day technician came home and mentioned there is a fault in the AC and took some photos. He haven’t gave any information about replacing the AC or when will it be replaced.

After long back and forth conversation with multiple Reliance Digital representatives, they came and took the broken AC by May 8th and haven't informed when will I get my AC. I am continually following-up till date (18th June 2021) there is no proper response rom them either on getting a new AC or refunding the amount.

I no more need AC from Reliance Digital. This company is trying to cheat me. They are not having proper refund system in their company. If customer has paid an entire amount for the product almost 3 months back and keep waiting and following-up for it, really frustrating.

I have attached the bills. But I can't able attach e-mail conversation with Reliance Digital customer service in this site [because only photos can be attached].

I want my amount 34169 Rs to be refunded. Could you please consider my case and provide justice?
