Reliance Digital — Received damaged cooler and was not replaced

Hi I have ordered Symphony air cooler order no RDF62076984. The delivery date is mentioned as 1 day in Reliance Digital online portal However I received the cooler after 10 days after following up with the support tram repeatedly.
The received cooler is in damaged state side cover is broken. I have called customer care multiple times and following up repeatedly for 15 days for replacement. No one cares about that.
It's more than a month I waited for resolution and ended up not able to use the cooler in peak summer season.
With no choice, I personally called the cooler company Symphony and Technician replaced the side cover for Rs 800.
I need the 800 refund and also compensate for not able to use cooler for one month.
Reliance digital support team seems to be spam. No one cares about the customer issues.
The online platform misinterpreted the delivery date as 1 day which made me fell in trap.
