I bought this tv from reliance digital dated 27/11/2016 [pos receipt no.[protected], sales order no:[protected]]. From yesterday, tv seems not to be working. We could hear only audio and video is not being displayed. Warranty got expired two months ago. The question is not about warranty but the quality of reliance products (Reconnect). I bought this tv for rs.13990/-. I have raised a complaint with reliance resq. The person is yet to visit but in call he says the component to repair might cost approximately rs.8000/-. What is the guarantee the same problem might not occur again after repairing? I would rather throw it to the trash and get some branded tv. Moral of the story: never purchase any reconnect products nor recommend to anyone. It is a scam and waste of money. Was this information helpful? | |||
