[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — Reconnect 55 inches 4k tv panel was broken

I Chigurupati seshaiah( PH NO:[protected]) with relation ship ID:[protected] a regular customer to reliance digital bought reconnect 55 inches 4k TV from reliance digital store in Ongole for 59990rs. On[protected] and we received the product on[protected] as we were out of the town we asked them to fix the TV on[protected] but no one responded from reliance digital and we have all the call records with us we even called to the store but no one responded.
I don’t know why having a very good trust on your brand with very good values we bought but the response from your side was very poor we waited till[protected].
So, we thought of installing the TV by calling out side engineer for installation on[protected] so when he came and we opened TV the shocking thing was we saw the TV panel was broken, immediately we went to the store and we told panel was broken. They told why did u open the TV out our presence as u opened the TV with out our presence we are not responsible for what happened and we requested them to come.

They came after 24 hrs i.e. on[protected] at 8.30PM and they took photos of the TV and carton box and they told we will send photos to the head office and they told we have wait for their response.
We have been calling to the store head they are not even picking up my call and saying I am off from work for a week and again saying consult office landline and again call to the customer care.
On[protected] at 11 AM some operator came from reliance digital and took photos of TV and again they told we will send these photos to head office we have to wait. They have been delaying this from past 1 week even though our mistake was not there were suffering.
We even called to the toll free no on[protected] at 12.10 PM they told they will respond to our problem with in 48 hrs. but no one responded till now . Buying a TV worth of 59, 990 was not a small thing for us with out our mistake the TV was broken before giving the TV the quality of the TV was not checked they haven’t checked weather it is in proper condition or not and they haven’t told us that we should not open the TV or they will come and only open the TV nothing was informed.
If they could have told us before saying that u shouldn’t open the TV, we will only come and open the TV this problem wouldn’t be there. Photos of the TV, carton box, TV panel photos everything was taken by your people and they told we will send to head office we have to wait.
We called for customer care they told after 48 hrs they will respond but no one responded.
Response from reliance Ongole digital store was very poor with out our mistake we are facing the problem response from customer care was also not there .
We need a replacement for the TV please respond as soon as possible.

I purchase Hitachi AC from Reliance Digital, GIP Mall on 18 Sep 2015 and take 4 year extended warranty at time of purchase. Now I calling there service department for servicing of AC. There customer care only makes people fool and always ask today arranged service man, today or tomorrow surely service man come. They ask they arranged callback from senior and technical department, perhaps one week gone no single call come from there side.

After continuous chasing them from more than one week now there customer care not ready to commit anything and disconnect call without listening any problem.

This the worst service I see in my life and really I am too much frustrated. After all I decided never to go for reliance digital anymore in my life.

They can sold product but there after sale service is worst in all class.
