Reliance Digital — reconnect powerbank 20000 mah

I have bought a 20000 mah reliance reconnect power bank from reliance digital nagercoil. But the port was not working. The service was not good. The people here were totally unresponsive. One of the person said to throw the product after one year of there is any problem. I don't know what to do now. I want use that now. They are going to keep it with me.
