Dear sir,
We have very worst service experience with your company. I have bought reconnect washing machine from reliance digital, and after 1 year it has drastic problem that we can not use the machine.
When we place a complaint to your service department everyday new mechanic coming to visit but one has a capacity to resolve the problem as this is faulty product i request you to replace the product.
If action not taken on the said issue we are thinking to launch a consumer complaint against your company.
