I will buy a new jio sim 12 day's ago,,,,, my aadhaaar was exceeded to the limit,, i will pay pay rs. 408,,, and recharge will refunded to the customer side bubs way message and but reliance digital was not refund the amount.... What i do????

Recharge was not completed but rs;408 was given myself but it was not given the amount return
I will ask any questions to our side he was telling recharge was not succeed please refund my money
