My name is s. Laxmi. I bought a samsung 6kg fully aut tl wa60m4300hd hlv on 02/12/19. When it is not ready for shipping, due to some reasons i want to cancel my bill. On 05/12/19 store manger accepted my proposal&canceled the bill. They said that with in 7days your money will be refunded. But 7days are completed.
