Reliance Digital — refund the money!

Hi reliance digital team,

This is to bring to your knowledge that i paid ₹17630 for oppo f9 from phoenix market city chennai reliance digital as your team convinced me that the product will be available in another 30 minutes. Adding to that i was hesitant to pay the money since i didn’t even see the product but your team said that if i pay for the product they can deliver the product asap.
To my total sadness and shocking, even after waiting for 2 hours they haven’t given me the product to which i have asked for refund.
Please kindly refund my money asap.
