Sir i have bought samsung refrigerator from reliance digital bhimavaram it already has completed 5 days, not have completed installation at. So many times i have contacted reliance digital store but they are telling some stories but they did not resolve the problem, the service is also worst

Oppo A5s phone that is provided by Reliance digital is faulty and I have returned the phone the next day itself. I want a complete refund and nothing else. The person at the Reliance digital store is hesitant to initiate a refund and not taking up my case seriously. I have mentioned all my issues to the representative and he's being ignorant
