Such a worst experience with the reliance digital resq hanamkonda warangal branch. I have purchased a samsung refrigerator 5in1. I have asked for the delay of product demo and manufacturing issues. The guy mr. Kranthi doesnt have minimum knowledge how to deal with the customers. He is speaking very irrespective manner. With rude behaviour. And he told me to complaint higher authorities with out any issue. Such an idiotic behaviour he has. I really never expect this response from reliance digital resq team.
