[Resolved] Reliance Digital — reliance reconnect thump 2 warranty issue | |
I bought a reliance reconnect thump 2 speaker set 2 months ago. After using it for a while, one of its speakers stopped working. Its bluetooth is also not working. The only way to now listen to it is via aux or radio, which is not sufficient. And also the malfunction of one of the speakers is also a hinderance. Since it is in its warranty period, i would like to have the product replaced as soon as possible. I'm very dissatisfied with the service reliance has provided me so far therefore i would want that this complaint is worked on immediately. Was this information helpful? | |
