[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — reliance resq air conditioner service call no [protected] & [protected]

I have raised the request for ac service through the customer support[protected] with registered mobile number[protected] on 19th march 2018 and call no [protected].

The resq team person visited my home on 20th march 2018 and said there is problem in the coil/gas so they dismantled in door and out door ac unit, same picked up from my home for service.

After that, i was trying to reach out the resq customer support team, call always put in queue not able reach support team to know my complaint status.

Even i tried to reach out the chennai service center, call went in answered, not able to trace my issue status.

On 12th april 2018, i got the sms stating that call completed, also received the sms for feedback without even delivering the ac unit.

All of sudden, i received the call from resq team and they said your ac service got completed, are you available to fix the unit.

Somebody came and delivered the in door unit in home and outdoor unit in the ground floor behind the steps (The person said, in the apartment there is no lift, cannot able to deliver it in 2nd floor and kept in the behind the steps). He said tomorrow morning engineer will come and fix the ac unit.

More than 10 days, till now no body came to fix the ac my unit. I tired many time to reach chennai service center, the number is[protected] and i think the person name is laurson. He promised to send the person to look my ac. But till now, there is no response from them.

Thanks Much for your quick response and resolution. I tried many ways to reach out RESQ team to know about my complaint, but all went useless. like, I directly called to technician, spoke to technical support team supervisor, he never attended call - number I tried "63810 35852", never picked the call and 2 instants, he picked the call and updated like he will send the technician to fix the issue, that too happened 15 days before; after that he never picked my call. Even I tried to reach customer support team and they always put my call on queue more than 30 minutes and went to automatic disconnection.. After raised the complaints in this site, immediate next day I got call from customer team and also received the SMS stating that, the technical person assigned to resolve my request. Now all set. Thanks for the quick response Team

Finally, the RESQ team came on 24th and fixed indoor and outdoor unit. Also 25th again visited and filled up with Gas, then my AC functioning.

After struggle of more than 2 months, the issue resolved. I would like to inform you, most of the customer facing same problem, like what i am facing. Please validate/audit consumer compliant about status of call with customer to avoid and retain the trust from the customer, otherwise you cannot retain the customer.
