Reliance Digital — reliance resq ro purifier complaint not resolved for 1 month | |
I have purchased a. O smith water purifier from reliance digital and took 2 years extended warranty for the same on their request. Recently my purifier had problem and need to replace the filters. When i checked with the reliance customer support, they said its vendor support and i need to pay to the a. O smith support team for repair and reliance support team will reimburse the amount. So i paid the money to a. O smith team and got my purifier filters replaced. But now when i am reaching the reliance support team, their process is not correct, i have visited their store twice but no use, they will say need approval, its been around a month but no response. If i call the support person, he wont pick the call at all. Really need to action on reliance resq warranty team. They are cheating people on the name of extra warranty and no response after that when issue comes and when they need to repay the amount. I want refund of my money of 5050/- which incurred on a.
