[Resolved] Reliance Digital — reliance - sony tv issue - extended support | |
Hi, We bought sony tv from reliance retail shop. Also we have put reliance as extended support (2years), apart from normal warranty of 1 year of sony. Tv goes to standby mode and red light keep on blinking. Later on we raised with reliance. Almost 2 weeks has been completed, we are not getting any proper response. Whenever we call to the customer care, we get reply like "we will check with the service team and revert back". Even though we asked for standby unit as per their resq plan but they are not providing the same. Kindly check and rectify the problem as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |
