[Resolved] Reliance Digital — remote control of new television set not in functional state. | |||
On 31st may 2018, i bought a a new tv (Reconnect) from reliance digital express in inorbit mall, bangalore. The installation was done on 1st june 2018. At the time of installation, the technician informed me that the remote control was not in functional state and he had raised a complaint for the same. The following day, i got a call from the backend team and they assured me that the remote control will be replaced the same day, but there was no action taken. I called the reliance digital store from where i had made the purchase but they informed me that they have not received any complaint. Now, i have a tv with a dead remote. And it is already been more than 4 days of the purchase. The concerned people are in no mood to help me. The phone number of the reliance digital store is [protected]/502.
