Reliance Digital Resq — 4 days over but no response...

I took extended warranty for my Sony LED TV from Reliance Resq. Logged a complaint (ID : [protected]) on Sept 13th but no one attended my complaint till date. Instead when I called up customercare they issued me new complaint ID ([protected]) on 15/09/2015. Customercare people making false commitment everytime. I am ex-VP from Reliance Jio. Will esclate head of Reliance digital if not served within this week.

On Sept 18th, Resq engineer took the TV to service centre.
No update so far how much time will it take to resolve the issue.
