[Resolved] Reliance Digital — safe stab inverter | |||||
Dear sir this is really disappointing customer service. I have purchased a safe stab stabilizer with samsung inverter ac. But stabilizer showing problem from day 1. I make complaints regarding this. They replace my stabilizer. But it doesn't show any signs of improving. Your service staff mr khan visited my residence and said you have to replace the stabilizer. I called miss rashida, talked regarding my problem she said i made a service request of your stabilizer and within 15 days you got your refunded money because i don't to use any more of reliance products. But till now she and your reliance official are making fool of me. They doesn't care about my query. If you are unable to solve my problem tell clearly that she is unable to solve my query. Solved my problem within 7 days otherwise i have escalated this matter to zonal manager and above and stop making fool. Was this information helpful? | |||||
