[Resolved] Reliance Digital — samsung 28" led tv / hanging bracket not provided | |||
I am very loyal 'reliance digital' customer for last 10 years. I was very much satisfactory with all the transactions as i never faced such a stupid issues. L purchased a samsung 28" led tv on 30/6/2015. No bracket for hanging the tv was provided to me and i also did not know that a hanging bracket is required to hang the tv on the wall. I now have to hang the tv on the wall and on my enquiry i come to know that a suitable bracket is required to get it hanged. Hence i spoke to your service department who told me that it can be provided on chargeable basis. But i do not agree to that as i have no fault in this. Please note that i have all the documents such as receipt, extra 2 years warranty, delivery slip etc. Etc and none of the documents showing the existance of the bracket.
