[Resolved] Reliance Digital — samsung 43inch led | |
I purchased a samsung led43 inch from your store located in ambience mall gurgoan on august 30th 2018 along with a blue star ac and a refrigerator. The samsung tv was delivered next day and timely installed as well however there was no tv unit and dish available at my place and hence the demo of the same could not happen. I then flew to my home place kolkata and upon my return when i was watching a movie i found a little scratch at the bottom of the tv unit which can only be visible when the tv is either switched off or u r watching something with a black line at the bottom like in movies. I called samsung first and they refused warranty, reliance digital sent a technician and said they will take the matter up, however i have not heard since then. Me kashish from the store promises on each call that he will Provide an update soon but there isint any update. Your call centre executive denied me a conversation with supervisor saying he can only arrange for a call back as no supervisor is available. His name was sukhbir singh. I am shocked at the way such a big store is dealing with a customer who has purchased three products of approx 1 lakhs in a single day. Is there any senior person in reliance digital who cares about its customers??? Was this information helpful? | |
