It is really feeling ridiculous to submit a complaint for not providing after sales support for our purchase of samsung 49fhd led tv 49k5300. We have received reliance customer care (???) giving us reference number [protected] vide mail dated 14th june 2017. The purchased unit is placed in a renowned business house (More renowned than reliance) but we are still awaiting for the stand to mount the unit since 01.06.2017.
