Reliance Digital — Samsung LED TV - no customer service even after raising complaints multiple times

I bought a Samsung led tv in August 2020, after 10 months I faced issue in connecting my television to wifi. I called the customer service number given by the reliance digital provider. Thrice I have raised the complaint and no service provider visits to fix the issue. Every time they give wrong request number and say that complaint is raised. Next time when we call for the status, they say complaint itself was not yet raised due to system issues. This pathetic service and no one takes the charge of the issues raised by the consumer.
