[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Set up box not working /error 400 signal not there | |||||
My smart card number is[protected] reliance big tv/ dth. i have complained on their toll free number before 3 days. i was assured that my complaint would be resolved in 48 hours. more than 80 hours have passed & in spite of my follow up on toll free number (10 times) no response is available. We are really disgusted by the kind of service under reliance brand. we had never expected such kind of shoddy service. We have been loyal customer since last more than 5 years & have been taking yearly packs & such kind of service is provided. So we were compelled to inform you to disconnect our dth service from 1st of november - from the date of complaint as we have been harassed a lot & we cannot further sustain this harassment from service provider. but no confirmation is there & no response is there.
