On 26/04/2017 i perched a cell phone in relinace retail ltd digital shop (Vivo y55s) The salesman forced to me take insurance and resq care plan but i am not interested. Then the salesman say any problems means i take care sir and one time he forces to take that and pay 1123 + 1500 total amount 2623 i pay it after five months i have problems in my phone and go to relinace digital shop the same salesman says sir go service central the help you ok i go there and then she says sir you want to pay than you go claim it sir ok please repair it first after two hours they gave me my phone back After i call insurance company the says send all documents. I sent all of them but till date i have not received claims amount What i do i don’t know please help me as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||||

I purchased a phone from reliance shop from shipra mall. i have taken extended warranty services as per the suggestion from reliance representative. When i requested for the services (repair services), they said you have to contact WIAS services for that concern. i tried to contact them but no response for few days. finally they are ready to take up my call and said, you take repair services on your own and we will refund it later.
When i gave all documents for the refund (refund amount supposed to be 2500/-) but tey refunded only 851/-.
I request Reliance to do not take these fraud inside there store. they will ultimately ruining their image and brand.
