Reliance Digital — Split AC Product Delivery and installation delayed

Ordered on Reliance Digital app on 30th April to be delivered on 1st May. Delivery delayed an was delivered on 4th May. Post that service centre deliberately cancelled installation request. Customer service agents not helpful, called 20-25 times for delivery and installation, they disconnect calls. Escalated matter for refund to Level 2 as we bought AC from other Vendor and it's installed. Sill awaiting reply from Level 2 escalation. My Mobile - [protected]
