[Resolved] Reliance Digital — staff giving wrong information to customer | |||
Hi, Im one of the regular customer who buys many mobiles and other thing. On date 10/09/2019, i bought at ur store at phoenix reliance store, i can even paid full amount at once. I asked one of the staff if payment can be converted into emi, he said yes. And i asked him again “ will there b any gst or interest” he said not at all. But i told him that there will be gst from the bank but he said there willbe no gst from the bank if it is the ill bare it, he promised it to me. Now aftr converting to emi i received mail and gst will b charge. I do not mind paying gst but why did he betray customer, and promise like that? Was this information helpful? | |||
