[Resolved] Reliance Digital — taking too much time for pickup of the phone | |||
I bought an s9+ a month ago and bought an insurance for of 10, 000 rupees. After 15 days of buying phone it got damaged by an incident. I registered the complaint of my damaged phone and i got an email conforming that my insurance has been claimed. I got the email 3 days ago and still no one has come to pick up the phone. When i contacted the reliance dijital store from where i bought the phone they said the phone pickup should be done within 2 days. So, it is my kind request to you to take an action on this problem. I purchased a split A.C. from your outlet located at plot no.-4, pocket-A3, Sec-5, Rohini. Payment was done on 13/05/2018 at 01:00 PM.
But I received the delivery of the same on 14-05/-2018 evening nearly 06:00 PM.
Installation team has also not arrived till time.
Kindly take necessary action on urgent basis.
