[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — taking too much time for pickup of the phone

I bought an s9+ a month ago and bought an insurance for of 10, 000 rupees. After 15 days of buying phone it got damaged by an incident. I registered the complaint of my damaged phone and i got an email conforming that my insurance has been claimed. I got the email 3 days ago and still no one has come to pick up the phone.
When i contacted the reliance dijital store from where i bought the phone they said the phone pickup should be done within 2 days.

So, it is my kind request to you to take an action on this problem.

Now it's been more than one week they have taken my phone for insurance and the phone has not arrived yet. It is a kind request to you to take solve my problem, as I had to postponed trip to my village.

Dear Team reliance digital,
I purchased a split A.C. from your outlet located at plot no.-4, pocket-A3, Sec-5, Rohini. Payment was done on 13/05/2018 at 01:00 PM.
But I received the delivery of the same on 14-05/-2018 evening nearly 06:00 PM.
Installation team has also not arrived till time.
Kindly take necessary action on urgent basis.
