Reliance Digital — Television service request

Address:OLD NO 146/1/1, NEW NO 58/1, PERAMBUR BARRACKS ROAD, PERUMALPET, CHENNAI 600 007. NEAR CANARA BANK

My 55 inches samsung was fault with panel and network dongle. I made complaint on 27th nov 2020. Reliance service person came and inspected the television and informed that this complaint we will forward to samsung service.Then samsung person visited my home and checked the television and informed me that panel and network to be changed. Also heprovided the invoice copy on[protected]. This was done with the help of mr.Bageerathan, co-ordinator from valasaravakkam branch. Iwould have made morethan 50 calls regarding this service. Igot a reply that this service charge was sent for approval. When it was approved, the amount was less and the same charges was not accepted by samsung company and they cancelled this service request. The cancellation of service was informed by samsung thro phone and sms. Once again i contacted your service manager mr.Moses. They advised me that the short fall amount of rs.1900 pay to samsung and take refund from reliance. Then i refused this process. Again he said, he will arrange by himself this difference amount and will do needful to me. I was informed that the service will be done on[protected]. I was waiting for the service fullday without concentrating any other work of mine. At the end of the after i contacted many number of time, he informed me that the panel which has come thro courier was brocken. Hence they had ordered for a new panel.The complaint was pending morethan a month without any attention. Then i informed to mr.Moses that i will raise complaint to reliance.Then he informed me that if you make any complaint, henceforth you dont call me for attention. How a reliance employee can say like this. I am really disappointed with the above version. I never expected this kind of experiance from reliance. If they behave like this, how people will depend reliance digital marketting.The original complaint no is [protected] which is closed without service. The second complaint number is [protected]. I expect a speedy action on my complaint. Else i will be forced to get relief through court of law in a short time. Once agian i am requesting you to give service at the eary. ... S. Sukumaran
