[Resolved] Reliance Digital — They don't guide us properly and we bought wrong device. | |||||
They misguided us for router, and i bought the Tp link router. And i want a modem cum router for my broadband connection, and i went to return it on the same day and they refused to change it. Even after checking it that it is untouched or not, and after the checking they also admire it is untouched. Even then they refused to change and giving some non-sence excuses, and i also registered a complaint in their complaint book. They didn't gave me the complaint number after requests .
