[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — throwing error 400 since 1 week

Currently using reliance digital setup box. We are unable to view the channels from last 1 week as it is showing error 400. We have been trying to raise complaint thru customer care number but in vain. No executives are bothered to respond the call inspite of trying more than 15times. No use of trying and no means of raising concern or complaints
