I am Arun P. A. from Vaikom, kottayam, Kerala. I own A dell inspiron 7560g Laptop which I bought from Reliance Digital, Cochin. At that time I also bought an Extended warranty for 7796 rupees.. On 12th August 2019 I took my laptop to the store for repair as it was showing keyboard problems. I got my laptop back on 4th November 2019 after 2 months. I was told that they would replace my keyboard with original spare parts but they cheated me by replacing it with cheap Chinese spare. One guy named Nishanth was responsible for this repair. Who behaved and took care of my laptop irresponsibly. I went to the shop three times back and forth for my laptop to get repaired. One guy Aravind in Repair told me that they claimed 2500 rupees first for the repair but when I was called for the first time, the laptop was still showing the same issue. They also told me that they cannot replace it with original keyboard because of this first claim as the original keyboard would cost around 5000 Rupees. While purchasing this plan, they told me that I would get free pick up and drop facility for any repairs but I was asked to bring the laptop to their shop for repair. While my laptop was at service, no updates were given to me by anyone. I am a freelance script writer and two of my works got pending and slipped from my hand which made me loose thousands of rupees.The only thing I want here is to replace my keyboard with original one as the Chinese keyboard they replaced with can damage my laptop as dust can easily get into it which could cause severe issues such as mother board or processor issues. I also have a lot of sensitive files in my laptop which is my life's work. I have proof of call history, call recordings, and recordings of them accepting their mistake. I don't want to make a big issue out of this but am willing to do so if I am forced. I want orginal Dell Inspiron 7560 g Backlight model Keyboard and This Time My Laptop Keybord, Mouse Pad, Usb port, memory card Slot, Hdmi Slot was Not Working.Then I Reregister Complaint on 27 July 2020 . I handed over my laptop to Kottayam Service Center .. There was a man named Amal John who took my laptop to Ernakulam Service Center and today I handed over my laptop to your service center 115 days ago .I'll give you time this month too .. Today is November 19 2020 I will go to court if my laptop is serviced and not returned as original parts by the end of this month.. so I humbly request you to do whatever it takes to give me justice for my issue in case .
