[Resolved] Reliance Digital — tv reconnect with the 43f4382 | |||||
The tv when taken from the store was sealed and we didn't check the condition as we had made the payment a day before. When we opened the tv it was totally broken as if it had been smashed. We took the tv immediately to the reliance digital bhaktinagar the next day. To my surprise the staff reacted so unprofessionally as if the tv was not taken from their store. Do you guys deal with the customers, sell ur items, take the money and never reach out to the customers if there is an issue. The only reply that has been coming from the store and is that it is the accidental damage caused by the customer and nothing can be done. I will not accept that lie as there has been no mishandling from our end. Ms manali gupta your store manager said that she will come up with a solution. But the staff are hideous and the worst people i have come across my life. They are rude, unprofessional and the worst people to talk to. Such a reputed company but when it came to fixing or changing or least giving an alternative solution washed your hands from the case. It's a shame. Was this information helpful? | |||||
