Reliance Digital — tv was mis sold

I went to reliant digital store in kammanhalli blore to purchase a smart tv.. I wanted to purchase lg due to the options of apps available on that tv... However one of the sales guy in the store convinced me to go for panasonic snart... I repeatedly asked the sales guy about amazon prime app on th me tv n he kept saying yes it is available if it is not just update the software once the tv is installed it will be available... For my surprise after the tv was installed i updated the software whilst the installation guys were there and unfortunately amazon prime did not come on d app store or on tv... I am extremely disappointed for missellin the product n by promising things which were not available on the tv... I need a call back soon n i want to speak to the manager at that particular store... Either u get me amazon prime app or take d tv n replace it with lg...
