Reliance Digital — Voltas ac servicing pending | |
I am animesh biswas, staying at burdwan. My reg mob no -[protected]. I purchased an ac on jun 2019 of voltas.ac's two free servicing is pending. It's malfunctioning from last week of march. Burdwan reliance digital is closed due to lockdown. I try to connect with customer care and lodge a request of ac servicing in stating of apr but unfortunately not a single person get back to me. My free servicing duration is going to end soon. This type of pathetic service from reliance digital, i never expect. Not a single person will response till now. I have purchased the tv in 32990 rs while I came back to my home I downloaded the reliance digital app there price was showing 28991 for same model I called them to take return this TV they are ignoring even I m not getting a response from them
