[Resolved] Reliance Digital — voltas split ac 1.5 ton | |||
My voltas ac 1.5 ton purchase in 2016 have cooling issue so i complain in reliance digital for that their technician visit my home after two days and check the ac and found that the ac compressor is defective. He told me it need to be replaced i am processing the complain for replacement of compressor as my product is in amc. After two days their reporting manager called me and told me that sir your compressor is in voltas warranty as voltas provide 5 years warranty for compressor so i am forwarding your complain to voltas i agreed and told him i just want to the solution please do what you want after that voltas technician name mohd ali mob no. [protected] visit my home he also found that the compressor need to be replaced he take a video for the defective product and told me to provide the invoice copy and amc document i provided the invoice copy to him and told him the amc document is misplaced the amc value no. Is mentioned in the invoice. He told me sir i will update you once i will go to my office and after that i got the message that your complain no. So and so is cancelled, i am following with voltas as well as reliance form last one month but still not getting and positive response. My reliance complain no. Is [protected] dt 31st may 2019.
